Released in the last quarter of 2015, the phone made a significant hit in android market and my best guess is because of the increase in the battery juice capacity to 300mah and also the awesome 13.0mp rear camera which delivers the coolest pics ever. Without taking much time, let me quickly show us how to obtain root access in Galaxy On7, without a pc
1. First, download Kingroot App from here
2. Install the app app to your device, but if your phone blocks the installation because it is not from a trusted party, simply enable installation from unknown sources by going through your phone settings and then to security.
3. Make sure your data connection is on an then open the Kingroot app you downloaded and installed.
4. Once the app opens, it will detect your device and then it'll tell you if you have root access in the device or not. But in this case, there is no root access yet, so the app will definitely tell you that and then ask you to start the rooting process by pressing the start root button.
5. Once the root process has commenced, it willbe reading in percent start from 1...2...3...4...5... an so on and your device might restart during this process, but don't panic, it is part of the process and it is perfectly safe as well.
6. Once rooting completed, a green tick-mark will appear on mobile screen saying ‘root successful’. Now, exit the app, go to google play store and download Root Checker
7. Once you've downloaded and installed the Root Checker app, open it and allow the app the detect your phone, then press on Verify Root Status, and you'll see that your device now has proper root access.
