It's been several weeks Glo NG launched their own 4GLTE Network in Nigeria, which I am positive that some or many Nigerians are already using because of the price slash in their data bundle plans when compared with that of other Network providers.
However, it is annoying that the speed of data connection of GLO in some locations of the country is really not impressive, but despite all this, GLO has managed to extend their 4G coverage to 33 towns of the federation which was initially available in only 9 states.

GLO announced the roll-out of their 4G LTE services in Bonny, Escravos, Forcados, Abraka (Delta State University), Ekpoma (Ambrose Alli University), Okada (Igbinedion University), Agbor (College of Education), and Sapele (Western Delta University).
And now The company recently added 12 new locations: Redeemer’s University, Ede, Osun State, Ikeja, Oregun, Opebi and Isolo in Lagos; Mpape andUtako in Abuja. Others are Rukpokwu, Rumuibekwe, Eleme Junction, Woji, Eliozu, and Rumuigbo, all in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The launching of the 4GLTE in thses new location solidifies the company's promise during the initial launch several weeks ago to provide a cheap, fast and reliable data network connection throughout the country as the GLO's 4G LTE network allows old and new customers/subscribers to download ultra high definition videos in just seconds, through a mobile broadband internet that operates speeds many times faster than the 3G network.
The GLO's 4G data bundle packages include 1.6GB @ N500, 3.2GB @ N1000, 7.5GB for N2000 and 10GB for 2,500 naira. It also include 18 & 24GB data for N4000 and N5000 respectively. To join the 4G LTE network, subscribers are required to buy and register a 4G LTE SIM card or swap their existing SIM for a 4G SIM.
The GLO 4GLTE data bundle is cheap, when compare to that of MTN and Etisalat, but currently, the network is really slow in terms of connection and download speed. How is your own experience of the 4G network so far?
