(EMTS) otherwise known as Etisalat Nigeria informed their customers of a proposed change of brand name and promised that this change will in no way, affect its operations. Etisalat Nigeria which has about 20 million active subscribers, and the country’s number four mobile operator with a 14 percent market share, is yet to unveil the new brand to the public. The name 9Mobile was adopted and all staff across the country are being notified of the change of name as disclosed by the company's new chief, Boye Olusanya.
