I do not know exactly what to call this yet, but it very much seems like telecommunications companies in the country is responding very well to the needs of their customers. Today, Spectranet launched a package they tagged Spectranet Awards - in which both old and new customers will be awarded points which can be accumulated. These points will then be in return used to redeem gifts and cash discounts.
How it works is quite simple, the customer that is able to accumulate the most reward awards by new year eve (December 31st, 2017) will win a trip to Dubai or browse the internet free of charge with Spectranet 4GLTE network throughout the whole of 2018 with Spectranet's Unlimited Gold Plan.
Interested persons are expected to call 07002345678 or send an email to care@spectranet.com.ng to obtain the invitation email, then register once for the scheme. After registration, are required to either upgrade their Spectranet plan, top-up or renew their Spectranet internet subscription plan. Then at the end of every month, award points will automatically give to these customers. Customers who If you also pay on time or pay online or reffer a friend will also get award points.
Then at the end of the year, the customer accumulates most reward awards will be rewarded with a trip to Dubai or 1 year free internet browsing and unlimted downloads.
What if I didn't emerge the winner but still have award points?
Participants that didn't emerge as the winner but still have award points can redeem thier points in exchange for Spectranet Mifi, Data bundles, Movie tickets, branded mug or have them credited to their bank accounts.
To demonstrate the transparency of the scheme, customers can check their accumulated points and activity undertaken via a customer portal on its website.
