4. How can I Enjoy this offer? 

You will get eight times the value of recharges made with any of the following E-top up amounts: ₦101, ₦201, ₦501, ₦1,001, ₦1,501, ₦2,001, ₦2501, ₦3,001, ₦5,001, ₦10,001, ₦20,001 and ₦50,001.

5. What if I Recharge With Other Amounts e.g. ₦200 or ₦400? 

You can only enjoy the Glo 8X benefit when you recharge with the exact amounts listed above.

6. What if I Recharge Using a Physical Recharge Voucher? 

The 8X offer is exclusively available on Glo E-top up. Recharges made through any other means including *123*PIN# (regular airtime recharge) or *323*PIN# (data recharge) will not get the offer. Also, airtime received through EasyShare or Borrow me credit do not qualify for this offer.

7. What Benefits do I Enjoy With this offer? 

You will enjoy eight times value on every recharge made using any of the eligible-top up amounts. Details of the exact benefits which accrue on each eligible amount are tabled below:

Thus, if you recharge with ₦201, you will get ₦201 in your main account, ₦100 to call all networks, ₦900 to call other Glo numbers, 50MB data and free 25MB data which you can gift to another Glo customer.

8. Can I Make International calls with the 8X bonus?

NO. The 8X bonus can only be used for calls within Nigeria.  International calls will be charged to your main account.

9. Can I use my 8X account to purchase Voice, SMS, Data or VAS packages?

No. You can only subscribe to, or purchase these packages if you have sufficient airtime credit in your main account.

10. How much will I be charged when I make calls, text or browse from my 8X bonus accounts?

• Calls from the main account will be charged at normal plan rates

• Text messages will be charged to your main account

• Calls from the bonus accounts will be charged at 83k/sec

• Data browsing is free until the data bonus is exhausted

11. What if I exhaust the airtime value in my 8X bonus accounts?

• Calls to other networks will be charged from the main account if the All net bonus account is zero

• Calls to Glo lines will be charged from the main account if the On-net bonus account is zero

• You will browse from your main account at Flexi rate of N1/MB if you exhaust the value in the data bonus account unless you have an active data subscription

• Data value in the Gift bonus account can only be “gifted” to another Glo customer; you cannot use it for yourself

12. Can I Receive the 8X Value Multiple Times?

YES, you will receive the bonus on every recharge you make using any of the eligible E-top up denominations

13. Can I Accumulate my Bonuses?

YES, each new recharge using any of the eligible E-top up denominations will increase the total airtime balance in your 8X bonus accounts

14. Can I Accumulate Validity days?

NO, validity days cannot be accumulated. However, your 8X bonus validity days will be extended each time you recharge, depending on the top-up value. For example:

✔ ₦101 E-top up will increase your 8X bonus validity by 7 days

✔ ₦1,001 E-top up will increase your 8X bonus validity by 15 days

✔ ₦2,501 E-top up will increase your 8X bonus validity by 30 days

15. How do I Check my 8X balances?

Dial #122*40# to check your 8X balances

16. What if my 8X account validity days expire?

All your local calls and data usage will be charged to your main account and any unused balances in your 8X account will be forfeited.

17. Can I share my 8X airtime value with another Glo customer?

NO, only the bonus in the data gift account can be gifted to another Glo customer. All other bonus values cannot be shared with or transferred to another Glo customer.

18. What happens if I migrate to another tariff profile?

8X bonus offer can be enjoyed on any Glo prepaid plan so long as you recharge electronically with the eligible E-top up amounts. However, any unused bonus balances from previous top-ups will be lost upon migration.

19. Can I Subscribe to Other Recharge-based Promotions on the Network?

YES, you can subscribe to other recharge based offers available on the Glo network. However, only the 8X offer bonus will be credited to your account whenever you recharge with the eligible E-top up amounts.

For example, a bumpa customer who recharges with ₦201 will get the 8X bonus but will not receive the 200% bumpa bonus. If the same customer recharges with ₦400, he will get the 200% bumpa bonus but will not receive the 8X bonus.
