Microsoft Launches Its Own Edition of Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+

The Microsoft edition of Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ run on Android OS and comes preloaded with several Microsoft apps like Office 365, Cortana digital assistant, Skype, Edge browser, Outlook, etc.

You might be wondering that there will be a huge difference between this phone and the regular Galaxy phones, you'd be surprised to know that besides the pre-installed Microsoft apps, there isn't any peculiar change(s). The rest of the phone remains the same. There are no additional branding and hardware changes.

Galaxy S9 Microsoft edition is available for $719.99, while the S9+ version of it costs $838.88. Microsoft is also offering an exchange off up to $350 for your old smartphone. These devices are expected to launch on 16th March. You can also grab them at Microsoft’s brick and mortar stores as well.

The making of these phones is very unlikely for Microsoft, but this is indeed a great step towards keeping their words to the development of cross-platform apps.
