MTN recently launched a new tariff plan called Xtra Special.
Xtra Special is a new tariff plan by MTN which allow their customers to make calls at a FLAT rate of 15 kobo per second for every On-net and off-net call (MTN-to-MTN calls, MTN-to-other networks). Also with MTN Xtra special, you get to make calls to twenty-seven (27) selected international destinations from the very first second. Above all, there is no daily or monthly subscription or access fee on MTN XtraSpecial tariff plan!
